Wellcarta ("the App") is a personal wellness self-assessment tool developed by Wooster Manufacturing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
Wellcarta stores all assessment data — including your survey responses, dimension scores, and generated coaching prompts — exclusively on your device using a local database. We do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to any of your assessment data on our servers.
The App does not require account creation, login credentials, or any personally identifiable information to function.
We do not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, cookies, advertising identifiers, health records, or any other personal data.
We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or any data collection frameworks.
The App offers optional one-time in-app purchases through Google Play's billing system. Google handles all payment processing. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment method details (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.). Google's privacy practices govern all payment-related data. We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data. The coaching prompt feature generates text that you may choose to copy and paste into a third-party AI assistant (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini). When you do this, the data you paste is governed by that third party's privacy policy, not ours. This action is entirely voluntary and initiated by you.
All data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite database managed by Android's Room framework. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted. We have no ability to recover it.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App collects no data at all, there is no mechanism through which children's data could be gathered.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
